My name is Stephanie Mwaura and I’m a personal trainer and fitness coach. I walk the fitness journey with pre&postpartum mums and women looking to get strong and lose fat. I love food and I’m an amazing cook (trained chef) and fantastic baker. I love walking and talking, it’s a lot like therapy, something I do with friends, family and clients a LOT. I am recently back to swimming competitively too, at the age of 38, after having two children, aged 11 and 3. I’m an articulate fitness speaker.

I’m an expert in fitness for women and I factor our hormones, menstrual cycles and femininity into my training programs. My approach is strength training, mobility, walking and wholesome nutrition. I eat carbs, play too much, laugh a lot, I have a big heart and the best time to call me is to text. I am on a personal fitness journey to fully understand how my body moves and works, gains and loses weight and which foods love me back.
I’m fit, want to get fitter and really enjoy strength training seasons as well as seasons of nourishment, rest and rejuvenation. I have been in the fitness industry for the last 16years and I would do this all over again. My husband has been the wind beneath my brand, ensuring I have a lot of what I need to grow. I am also a plant and farming lover, great driver and funny story teller.
More About Stephanie
I am a full blown extrovert but I also really enjoy time alone and in solitude. This is an interesting mix because in my line of work, it enables me to speak confidently and sometimes for long periods as I train and teach clients, but to also stop, be quiet and listen, create, learn and grow.
Being able to listen to my clients has been a game changer for them and their fitness journeys and has also really helped me grow my work in ways I never thought possible. I absolutely love what I do and would be glad to do it for free if someone can deposit 100M in an account to pay me its interest for the rest of my life. When I listen to my clients, they find safety, understanding and empathy, something we all need when starting a fitness journey.
